Christmas and my new home

Dani and Damon flew to Anchorage to spend Christmas with her family. After much thought for not predicting freezing temps this year, I decided to stay home and keep watch. Dani and Damon flew in on the 26th and afterwards we had a wonderful Christmas evening together. Ketchikan had a pretty good snow dump in just three days. Now the rains have nearly washed all of it away. My normal circuit traveling begins in January. My new home for the month of January is aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Sycamore. Black haul sea going 225 foot buoy tender. Nice back drop of the typical Alaskan landscape. Farewell to everyone and fairwinds and following seas to me!
